Our products may be natural, handmade or prepared in small batches. Because of this, minor differences in colour, texture, shape, fragrance or consistency may occur from one batch to another. Such natural variations are not considered product defects.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

• Please check your product carefully after delivery.
• Opened, used or altered products cannot normally be accepted for return or exchange.
• If a genuine issue is found, please contact us as soon as possible with the required evidence.

We take reasonable care to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, proper handling and appropriate packaging while preparing and dispatching our products.

We also take product quality seriously and aim to provide every customer with a properly packed product in suitable condition.

If you believe that your product contains any unusual, foreign or potentially harmful substance, please do not continue using the product. Contact Sarbhama immediately and provide clear evidence so that the matter can be properly investigated.

• Record a clear video showing the product and packaging.
• Keep the original product, packaging and related materials safely available for inspection.
• Do not intentionally alter, mix, replace or add any substance to the product before an investigation.

If a customer reports a suspected quality or contamination issue, Sarbhama may request photographs, videos, packaging details, batch information or the product itself for investigation.

Any refund, replacement or other resolution will be considered only after the reported issue has been reviewed and verified by Sarbhama.

If an investigation establishes that a product was intentionally altered, contaminated, replaced or otherwise tampered with after delivery, or that a false claim was knowingly submitted, Sarbhama reserves the right to refuse the claim and take appropriate action available under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and following the product's instructions, storage requirements and reasonable usage guidelines.

Sarbhama cannot be responsible for problems caused by improper storage, misuse, unauthorized modification or handling of the product after delivery.

If your parcel appears seriously damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please document the condition with photographs or video and contact us promptly before using the product.

Refunds or replacements are not automatic and are subject to verification of the reported issue. Where Sarbhama confirms a genuine issue attributable to the product or fulfilment process, an appropriate resolution may be provided in accordance with our applicable policy.

Sarbhama may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future orders.
